The warmth of the vanilla and tartness of the plum are exactly what I need to remind me to slow down. The pop of citrus that comes through the air is just enough to remind me to calm down and focus. In today’s world it is easy to run all the time. In fact many of us get to bed and take that long breath as though we have ran a marathon, You deserve to slow down. Be patient in life. Light this candle and just be, Patient.
